2. Anilox Roll Cleaner is especially efficient to aniloxes in high screen lines or hard to clean. The cleaning process is gentle and quick without any harm to aniloxes. Aniloxes can be used immediately after cleaning. Meanwhile guarantee a longer life of aniloxes 

3. Anilox Roll Cleaner is capable to keep your aniloxes totally clean, provide ink transfer or coating volume, and guarantee fine printing or coating.

Cleaning Procedure :

 

 

 1. Choose anilox sizes on MENU(Initial settings, Memory function), 

 2. Place anilox into machine chamber, close the lid and press start, 

 3. Anilox rotates while liquid is sprayed on it automatically 

 4. Liquid is recycled to tank for re-use at the end of the wash cycle 

 5. High pressure water clean residuals of ink and cleaning liquid on anilox 

 6. Compressed air blows off water residual on anilox surface;
