All cylinders have been processed by professional equipment before leaving the factory. If there is no special situation before printing on the machine, please do not sand with coarse sand. If it is necessary to sand the cylinder, please use metallographic sanding . Avoid sharp and sharp objects in the upper and lower plates when printing, scratching the surface;

The doctor blade used for printing must use a special doctor blade. The scraper must be inspected for damage before it is printing on the machine. The damaged scraper must be repaired or replaced with a new scraper and it must be sanded before each printing.The doctor blade and the layout should control the angle and pressure according to the specific print pattern. Filter the ink before each print to prevent the sand in the ink from damaging the cylinder surface.

Gravure cylinder maintenance precautions

* After printing, the ink of the cylinder surface and the cylinder head must be cleaned, and the ink remaining in the pit is cleaned with the decontamination powder toprevent the ink remaining in the net pit from drying up, causing blockage.

* Before and after the use of the roller, avoid touching with the bare hand and carrying the cylinder to prevent the plate from oxidizing, especially in the summer, to prevent the sweat from dripping on the cylinder; if the above situation occurs accidentally, please wipe the cylinder surface with solvent immediately;

• In summer, the temperature and humidity are high, and the preservation cylinder should not be placed in the cylinder box. When storing, the surface and the head should be cleaned, coated with anti-corrosive oil (to be thick), and wrapped with clean plastic film or thin paper from inside to outside (including the head) (insulated surface is in contact with air), placed in In a ventilated, dry environment (temperature is best controlled below 30 degrees, humidity below 65%), and away from corrosive substances such as acid and alkali.
