The installation of the rubber roller must be properly adjusted, it must be in close contact with the ink roller and the printing plate, both of which are indispensable. The printing practitioners know that the height of the letterpress is 3.14mm, which is consistent with the height of the typeface, while the PS version is relatively low at 1.2mm, so be sure to know when installing and adjusting the rubber roller.

If the printed product has a ground color, the rubber roller can be adjusted to a lower degree with an error of ±0.5 mm, so that the ink delivered to the printing roller by the ink roller is relatively uniform, and the printing rubber roller is also reflected on the printing plate. The effect is that the printed products are pleasing to the eye. If not, there will be phenomena such as ink sticks and ink paths.JCTPRINT

When printing text, the height of the rubber roller is basically flat or slightly lower than the text version, so that the printing rubber roller can gently rub the printing plate, so that the text is printed clearly and cleanly, and the wear surface of the rubber roller is small and not easily damaged, which can extend the life of the printing plate.JCTPRINT

The adjustment roller should be used for adjustment. Before using, take out the printing plate and let the adjustment roller reach horizontally in and out several times, the size of the ink dot on the adjusting roller will be displayed immediately. The operator can determine the level of the printing rubber roller according to different printing requirements, and then put the top thread firmly. Thus, the height of the rubber roller does not change during high-speed printing.

If we are impatient when using rubber rollers, and debugging is eager to save trouble, the following will happen:JCTPRINT

A. The surface of the rubber roller is damaged and slag is removed, so that the printing of the text is incomplete, the text is ambiguous, and even the phenomenon of paste and gel jumping occurs.

B. Different inks are applied to the text, and even there are only inks on the surface of the printing product but no ink color.JCTPRINT

C. If the rubber roller is adjusted to be too tight with the ink transfer rubber roller, it will also cause economic loss and equipment accidents due to the bad twist of the printing rubber roller.
