How to maintain printing roller-JCTPRINT?

 

In the offset printing technology, the key is the control of water and ink balance, while the balance of ink and water depends on the key parts of the rubber roller and ink roller, whose quality can directly affect the product quality. Gravure, letterpress, flexography is even more so. General printing enterprises should maintain the equipment once a week, including the maintenance of the printing rubber roller. There are several maintenance methods:

1. After the daily production operation is completed, the rubber roller should be carefully cleaned and washed twice;

2. Cleaning of the printing roller must use the specified chemical, such as industrial alcohol, and must not use corrosive solvents;

3. Remove the rubber roller during holiday break to prevent deformation under pressure;

4. The protection of the surface of the printing roller should be wrapped in newsprint and placed in a dark place.

 

Solutions to common problems of JCTPRINT rubber roller

Question one

Excessive pressure between the rubber rollers will increase the friction between the rubber rollers, heat the rubber rollers, increase the extrusion expansion between the rubber rollers, accelerate the aging and deformation of the rubber rollers, and accelerate the emulsification process of the ink and water. This is not conducive to the delivery of ink JCTPRINT.

Solution:

The pressure between the rubber rollers should be substantially the same as the pressure at the contact plate. The experience is to insert a piece of plug (Length: 15000micron, width: 3 cm) between the rubber rollers, until you can feel a certain degree of tension. After scrubbing, wipe it again with a clean cloth and then attach the rubber roller to the machine for the next use.JCTPRINT

Question two

The surface crystallization closes the capillary pores on the surface of the rubber roller, which causes the rubber roller to lose the affinity of the ink, resulting in uneven transfer and emulsification of the ink.

Solution JCTPRINT:

Remove the rubber roller from the machine, lay it flat with the shelf, take the cloth to stick the kerosene and pumice powder, rub the surface of the rubber roller evenly, wipe off the crystal layer on the surface of the rubber roller, and show the rubber color of the original rubber roller. Then, wash the kerosene and pumice powder remaining on the rubber roller with car wash water or gasoline, and install and adjust the pressure of rubber roller again.JCTPRINT

 

About the bearing-JCTPRINT

The bearing on the rubber roller is very obvious in the high-speed operation of the machine. In addition, the operator does not pay attention to the maintenance of the bearing, so the wear is even more severe.

 

After the bearing of the rubber roller is damaged to a certain extent, the bouncing friction and extrusion of the rubber roller will be generated, the service life of the rubber roller will be shortened, and the printed product will have the phenomenon of "ink and water bar"JCTPRINT.

 

Therefore, the operator is required to take down the rubber roller every week and butter the bearing to replace the bearing which is badly worn and badly rotating, so as to ensure the normal use of the rubber roller.
