How to disassemble the air expanding shaft

Step1, Inflate the air shaft and fix all the key strips.

After the air shaft been inflated,you will find a small hole at the key strip part,go through the hole with a wire,and then knot the wire,the key strip will be fixed as showed in the enclosed picture1.

Step2, Deflate the air completely.Jctprint

Step3, Remove the screws at the both ends as showed in the enclosed picture2. If you need remove the ends with air valve, remember to remove the air valve first.

Step 4, As showed in the picture3, make a working platform, remove both ends of the shafts (Note:The ends with air valve are connecting with the air balloon).Jctprint

 

When you need to install the air shaft,please note that the outside hole shoule align with the inside hole as showed in the picture 2,and then you can hit the screw in with a hammer if you don’t have a professional press machine.
