What is curved rollers?

In simple terms, curved roller is that the curved shaft is fixed and the roller surface is a rotatable curved roller. It is used in paper, film, textile and similar products processing equipment, and also in other locations where ordinary guide rolls cannot be installed.

The curved roll is a roll that has a certain curvature along the longitudinal direction and is fixed by ball bearings and can be rotated. Because of the curvature of the curved roll, when the paper/film is rotated through the guide roll, the paper/film is stretched in the longitudinal direction to stretch the web, eliminate wrinkles in the web process and prevent possible interlacing during the slitting of the material.
