Now I am using air shaft, can I change it to differential shaft?

Some customer asked me,now I am using air shaft, can I change it to differential shaft?

Yes, you can. Differential shaft is more accurate than air shaft for winding. It is suitable for high speed slitting machine. It allows all rolls to be wound with the same force, in case that  some rolls are  too loose and some are too tight.

 

We have a Mexican customer who was using slatted air expansion shafts and now wants to buy slip shafts. He gave us pictures and dimensions of his air expansion shaft, we made sketches, then the customer confirmed the size and style, and finally placed an order to complete the production. The customer was very satisfied after using it.
