Send us gear sample,we can measure for you

A customer just bought 12 pieces plate roller from us,now he wanted matched gears, but they didn't have an engineer who specialized in mapping. How to do?

Generally speaking  straight and helical gears we all can do.

 

We will teach customer how to measure the angle of the gear.

Or Customer could send us sample gear, we have professional engineers to do the measurement.

Here is the sample sent by that customer, we measureed and confirmed we can exactly produce according to sample.The customer placed an order for 49 gears. After using them, they are satisfied  and  placed a series of  orders afterwards.
