Bowed Roller

  The bowed roller is fixed, and the roll surface is a rotatable curved roller. It is used on paper, film, textile and similar product processing equipment, and can also be used in places where other ordinary guide rollers cannot be installed.

Banana roller installation

    According to different web materials, the general wrap angle is between 10° and 100°, paper is about 20°, wet web is 30°-60°, fiber is 25°-40°, and plastic film is 10°-20°. In order to achieve a good flattening effect, the unwinding direction must be perpendicular to the web travel direction, the lead-out stroke is 2 to 3 times the diameter of the guide roller, and the lead-in stroke is 2 times the lead-out stroke. Transportation precautions: When transporting and hoisting the bowed roller, it is strictly forbidden to lift the roller surface, and must hoist the shaft heads at both ends of the expander roller.
