1.  It is strictly forbidden to scrape, bump or hit the anilox roller. In the daily use process, the following points should be made: keep the equipment clean and clean. Anilox rolls and rubber rolls are generally equipped with a safety shield. Another function of this safety shield is to prevent dust and sand from falling between the anilox roller and the rubber roller and damaging the anilox roller. Therefore, in addition to maintaining the environmental sanitation around the equipment, it is very important to keep the equipment clean, especially to keep the protective cover clean, and to prevent the ink residue inside the protective cover from falling between the anilox roller and the rubber roller; use clean ink.

2.  Do a good job of cleaning the anilox roller. In the daily use process, the following points should be done: do the daily cleaning of the anilox roller. After working for a whole day, there is still a lot of ink on the bottom of the mesh roller. If the ink in the cell is not cleaned in time, it is very difficult to clean the ink at the bottom of the cell. So, how can I clean the ink in the cell?

(1)Have enough cleaning time. If the ink that is hoarded at the bottom of the cell is not dry, although it can be dissolved in water, but because it is surrounded by the mesh wall of the cell, only the surface can be exposed to water. If there is not enough cleaning time, it is difficult to put the cell. The ink is completely cleaned, which takes at least an hour or more.

(2)Use a copper brush or a steel brush for cleaning. The anilox roller can be effectively cleaned by cleaning the anilox roller with a copper brush or a steel brush for the anilox roller. A copper brush is used to clean the metal anilox roll, and a steel brush is used to clean the ceramic anilox roll. However, this cleaning method is limited by the number of anilox rolls (generally below 280 lines), because when the number of anilox rolls is too high, the opening of the cells is smaller than the diameter of the wire of the copper brush or steel brush, copper The wire of the brush or steel brush can not enter the cell cavity, and the ink in the cell cavity cannot be cleaned;

(3)Wash with washing machine water. Today's ink plants generally supply washing water, which helps to clean some of the hard-to-clean inks that remain on the bottom of the cells, especially black and fast-drying inks. The anilox roller is thoroughly cleaned regularly. Even if the daily cleaning work of the anilox roller is done well, it is inevitable that ink remains in the bottom of the cell and dried up. Under the high magnification magnifying glass, this phenomenon can be clearly seen. Therefore, the anilox roller must be thoroughly cleaned regularly.
