Anilox Roll Cleaner is designed for all types of aniloxes and gravure cylinders. 2. Cleaning procedure
1. Choose anilox sizes on MENU(Initial settings, Memory function),
2. Place anilox into machine chamber, close the lid and press start,
3. Anilox rotates while liquid is sprayed on it automatically
4. Liquid is recycled to tank for re-use at the end of the wash cycle
5. High pressure water clean residuals of ink and cleaning liquid on anilox
6. Compressed air blows off water residual on anilox surface;
