1. Decription of differential shaft ring
The differential shaft ring consists of a plurality of slip rings, which can overcome the problem of unwinding and material damage. The slippage rings are controlled to slip at a certain slip torque (torque), and the amount of slip exactly compensate for the difference in speed, thus it can control the tension of each roll precisely, which ensure the winding quality.
2. The working principle of friction rings / differential shaft:
1). The central air pressure differential shaft is a type of shaft with tension adjustment. The differential ring on it can slip independent ly .Controlled by the tension system, let the compressed air which has a certain pressure come to axle core, so that it will produce friction torque between the friction parts and the slip ring, and realize constant tension coiling.
2). The central air pressure differential shaft can meet the requirements of high-speed, error in material thickness, multi-stage tension control, high precision requirement on tension control, ,uniformity on the winding end . It’s ideal for double shaft and Center Coiling slitter.
3). The central air pressure differential shaft can be divided into two types: pneumatic locking type and mechanical locking type.
4). Central air pressure differential shaft are made of core roll, differential ring, airbags, friction parts, sealing rings.
